Floor Onrust
Floor Onrust founded Family Affair Films in 2002. She participated in EAVE in 2011, Toronto Producer’s Lab in 2015 and EAVE + in 2018. Onrust is a member of the ACE producers’ Network, of The European Film Academy, member of the advisory board of Cinekid and board member of the Dutch Academy for Film.
Noortje Wilschut
Noortje Wilschut has a bachelor’s degree in communication – audiovisual design and did a preparatory course at the Netherlands Film Academy before she started working in production. Noortje joined Family Affair Films as a permanent employee in 2011. She participated EAVE in 2022 and is a member of The European Film Academy.
Chris Stenger
Chris Stenger studied production at the Netherlands Film Academy after having done a preparatory course at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy. She has been working for the company since September 2014. Chris specialises in animation.
Frederique Pecher
Frederique Pecher joined the family with a master’s degree in Social & Cultural Anthropology. An internship at IFFR and the Hubert Bals Fund marked her start in the film industry. She considers film as an important medium to raise awareness for social issues to a large audience.
FREDERIEK JANSEN
Frederiek Jansen joined Family Affair Films in 2024. With a bachelor’s degree in history and a master’s in audiovisual journalism, she previously worked as a researcher for documentaries. Now, she’s excited to broaden her horizons in the film industry.
PETER KERSTEN
Peter is a true cornerstone of our company, having been with us since day one. As our project administration guru, he brings structure and clarity to everything he touches. His passion for Excel is unmatched; he effortlessly manages our project administration, crafts logical budgets, and meticulously prepares settlements.
