Aspiring writer Gabe and his art model girlfriend Joey live comfortably in the artistic milieu of Amsterdam. That is, until a rare visit by Gabe’s wayward sister Liz, a former pop singer with a flair for disruption, throws their world into turmoil. Liz revamps old tensions with Gabe, who fears being eclipsed by his successful sibling. To make matters worse, Joey and Liz grow closer, inspiring Liz to reignite her musical career. An awakened sense of belonging catalyses Joey into a journey of self-discovery while further complicating an already deteriorating family dynamic.
